The mares are range bred and foaled on pastures of hundreds of acres of "bunch grass hills" where they learn by necessity of steep terrain, rocky cliffs, rattlesnakes, coyotes, bears and cougars. Disposition is regarded as highly as brains and ability. These horses literally live with cows, on the same grass grazed by our herd of commercial and registered beef cattle. Our weanlings are just started in their training, introduced to halter then turned out on large pastures to mature and grow. Our foals are willing to learn and like people. Their formal ground work will begin as a yearling
